MEET CHERIE

Hello, I’m Cherie Luckman, I have been a respected Yoga Instructor in the St Neots area since 2004.

 

I was taught through the British Wheel of Yoga, the largest accredited yoga training school in the UK, with over 500 hours training you will be safe in my hands.

 

This type of yoga I teach is Hatha Yoga, which is balance – breath body spirit, masculine/ feminine, sun / moon, to create harmony and balance within the whole person.

 

​I aim to bring ease and mobility to the body, giving you added strength and flexibility you never knew you had.

 

The road of yoga is endless — it all starts with a pose and a thought, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth.

 

I value each and every person who joins my class and I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
